 1 kilogram of chicken heart

 2 chicken broth tablets or any other of your choice

 1 glass of water

 1 strand of vegetable oil

 skewer stick (optional)

 lemon

How to make Fried Chicken Heart:

To prepare this quick and tasty chicken heart recipe, start by dissolving the broth in water and pouring it into a bowl. Cut the hearts in half (to get the seasoning better), place them in the bowl and let them stay for at least 30 minutes.

Tip: To make it even tastier, leave the heart on the spice tray overnight.

Heat a frying pan with a drizzle of oil over high heat and, when hot, add the chicken hearts. Let it fry for 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until it tastes good.

Serve the fried chicken heart afterwards, on skewers if you like, accompanied by lemon slices. If you want to serve a main meal, accompany with mashed potatoes or rice. Enjoy your food!
